Ogami is SODIC's resort on 440 acres at Km 205 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road in Ras El Hekma. Its plan is inspired by Ogami Island in Japan: only about 15% of the land is built, and the rest is landscape, an 800 m white-sand beach, 11 km of lagoons and 120,000 m² of swimmable lagoons, on ground that rises from 3.5 to 28 metres for sea and lagoon views. It is built in phases: Botanica Town and Water Chalets (chalets), Bloom Island (apartments and villas), the Ogami townhouses, twin houses and villas, and Nobu Residence, branded serviced homes run by Nobu. Plans are 5% down payment over 7 or 8 years, with delivery from 2028 to 2030. It suits families who want a low-density North Coast resort with water views.
